Pro-ISIS pilots operated commercial flights in Indonesia – leaked reportis

Hemant Verma - 7:32 PM
Two former pilots for Indonesian airlines were found to have been radicalized by Islamic State after they expressed sympathy for the jihadist group online, while still performing passenger flights, a leaked Australian police report said.

Ridwan Agustin, who worked for Air Asia Indonesia, and his colleague from Premiair airline, Tommy Hendratno, fell under the allure of Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) in mid-2014, the document obtained by the Intercept website said.

The report entitled “Identification of Indonesian pilots with possible extremist persuasions” was distributed by the Australian Federal Police to partner agencies in the US, UK Turkey, Jordan as well as the Europol.

“Both [pilots] appear to be influenced by pro-IS elements including extremist online propaganda by well-known radical Indonesia outlets and a suspected Indonesian foreign terrorist fighter who is likely to be in either Syria or Iraq,” the document said.

Agustin and Hendratno began leaving positive comments under photos showing alleged terrorists posing with weapons in a conflict zone.

They also befriended other pro-IS profiles, including those by Indonesians, who went to Syria and Iraq to fight for the terror group.

The pilots changed their profile names to Ridwan Ahmad Indonesiy and Abu Alfatih Hendratno, expressing interest in joining IS themselves.

The photos on their pages also documented how their appearance over the last months changed under the influence the IS ideology, the report said, with both men growing jihadist-style beards.

In March 2015, Agustin posted his location on social media as Raqqa in Syria, a city proclaimed to be the capital of IS-held territories.

The leaked police report pointed out the extreme dangers, which a radicalized pilot could pose to international security.

“Pilots, air crew and others with access to and within the aviation environment can pose obvious threats if these persons are radicalized. Their access and knowledge of security and safety regimes provides the ability to attempt attacks as witnessed by past global events,” the report warned.

In the paper, the Australian police also stressed that terrorist propaganda has been recently encouraged attacks by those involved in aviation.

RT contacted Air Asia Indonesia, where Agustin worked, with the company only saying that the man is no longer employed there.

Premiair responded by saying that Hendratno had left the company in June, three months after the Australian report was issued.

Former commercial pilot Mark Weiss told RT that the “numbers that radicalized are certainly a lot greater than the two that we already know about” as there are tens of thousands of pilots around the globe.

“Pilots and flight attendants get a certain level of training that provides them with the inside knowledge on how to protect an aircraft and its passengers and crew. But conversely it also points out areas of weakness,” he stressed.

“The real troubling part about it is that there’s no definitive way to stop this. It’s really going to be a matter of trying to out up nets around everything,” Weiss added.

Trust in pilots has been shaken for airline passengers in recent years by a few incidents where cockpit crews have deliberately caused disasters.

In March, Andreas Lubitz, who suffered from severe depression , downed a Germanwings plane in the Alps, killing 149 people.

In November 2013, investigators concluded that a Mozambique Airlines pilot intentionally caused an accident, in which 33 people lost their lives.

Security expert, Binoy Kampmark, said that danger that a plane may be used as “very dangerous weapon” is real.

“Aviation industries have very strict recruitment, screening and vetting procedures. You can’t really go much more than that. But unfortunately, you have to always realize that there will be instances where people will also get through,” Kampmark told RT.

Drug Lord of Mexico 'EL Chapo' Guzman Escapes by Tunnel from Jail

Hemant Verma - 7:07 PM
Top drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman escaped through a 1.5-kilometer (1 mile) tunnel that opened into the shower area of his cell, Mexico's top security official announced Sunday.

Guards at the Altiplano Federal Prison discovered during a routine check on Saturday that Guzman, who known as "El Chapo," was missing, a statement from the commission said.

Guzman was captured in early 2014 after having eluded capture for more than a dozen years.

Guzman is the storied boss of one of the world's most powerful and deadly drug trafficking operations.

He escaped in 2001 from a high-security prison in a laundry cart, and was not apprehended again until February, 2014, when he was arrested at a Mexican beach resort.

On the run after his 2001 escape, Mr. Guzmán rose to the top of the Sinaloa cartel, and embarked in ambitious wars with other cartels, including the Gulf and Juarez cartels. His attempts to take over Ciudad Juárez from the Juarez cartel turned the city, immediately across the border from El Paso, Texas, into a bloody battleground and cost the lives of thousands. Mr. Guzmán also tried to muscle in on Nuevo Laredo, then run by the Gulf Cartel, a move that also led to an explosion of violent deaths.

Mr. Guzmán first daring prison escape in 2001, and the apparent inability of the Mexican government to recapture him, made Mr. Guzmán a hero to many Mexicans, a sort of Mexican Robin Hood, who thumbed his nose at authorities. He was the subject of many narcocorridas, or ballads celebrating his exploits.

Google News Title Tags & H1 Tags Should Be Consistent For Ranking

Hemant Verma - 6:15 PM
Yesterday Google News Stacie Chan and Google Webmaster Trends Analyst John Mueller hosted a Google News Publisher hangout on Google+, which was filled with great information.

One question that many Google News publishers do not know, which I've heard before but personally do not practice myself, is that the title tag and your headline (H1) should be consistent and the same. If you do not have the same title and H1 tag, it can confuse Google News and give it a hard time understanding what your article/story is about.

With web search SEO, it is often good to slightly change up the title tag and H1 so you can rank for slight variations but maybe not for Google News SEO.

The question was asked by Jane Sanderson:
Is it better to have the Title and H1 content different? Google News rules indicate no, but some SEO's say yes. Is this just a matter that the algorithm is different for Google Search and Google News?

Stacie Chan from Google responded:

Consistency is key. One thing we always try to get right is extracting your headline. And if there are different places on the page that point to different headlines, that’s very confusing for the bot.
And that is why we get publishers sometimes writing in - "oh, you guys got my headline wrong!" And we say, "well, there are different parts of your page that say different things."
So really try to be consistent, it is the best way for us to correctly index your headline, index that snippet below.
Here is the video where she answered this about 46 minutes into the hangout:

Google AdWords Update: Now Google Going to Tracke URLs

Hemant Verma - 8:07 PM
Google AdWords announced they are revamping the URL tracking methodology they used in the past from destination URL to final URL.

With destination URLs, anytime you need to adjust tracking, you have to update the entire destination URL, which would result in a re-review of your entire destination URL causing your ads to stop running during the review. The new final URLs is the upgraded method which does not lead to an ad review, for the most part.

Google says the new upgraded URLs leads to:

  • less time spent managing URL tracking updates
  • reduced crawl and load times on your website
  • new ValueTrack parameters that help you gain additional insights about your ads.
On July 1, 2015 your URLs will begin updating to the new structure, so Google recommends you start testing them out now.

There is detailed help on this change over here.

KickAss Torrent Download Website Seized

Hemant Verma - 9:54 PM
So far, the torrent users didn’t forget the incident of The Pirate Bay seizer, that another most popular Torrent website, KickAss Torrents, has been kicked off by the Somalian registry.

KickAss Torrent download website has lost access to its Kickass.so - the Somalian domain with millions of unique visitors per day and the most visited torrent website on the Internet. The domain is currently offline and, according to TorrentFreak, the Somalia based KickAss Torrent download domain was recently listed as "banned" by the .so registry, forcing the site's operators to switch to another domain.

Just like The Pirate Bay, KickAss Torrents is also a well-known torrent download service that has often been criticized for providing easy access to pirated content, so it’s no surprise that the ban came following a complaint received by Somalian authorities.

KickAss Torrents website stopped working around 4 am ET and is still offline and will not be returning. However, an alternative domain of KickAss Torrents, i.e. kickass.to, is already available on the Internet for users to access the contents hosted on Kickass Torrents.

This is for the second time a torrent website has been targeted by the government. Late last year, The Pirate Bay — a widely popular file-sharing website predominantly used to share copyrighted material free of charge — went dark from the Internet following a raid in Sweden.

The raid was in response to a complaint from Swedish anti-piracy group Rights Alliance. The police raided The Pirate Bay's server room in Stockholm and seized several servers and other equipment. However, the infamous torrent download website The Pirate Bay (TPB) made a defiant return and finally came back online last weekend.

And this time, it's KickAssTorrents website that is experiencing the same outage. It seems like the world of online piracy is on target by the government, at least one out at the moment. Few hours ago, the Kickass.so domain status listing was updated to a "banned" message as follows:

It likely appears that the Somalia .so domain registry acted following a complaint from copyright holders against the KickAss Torrents website, although there is no such official confirmation yet.

[UPDATED] Google Penguin 3.0 Update Still Rolling Out Slowly to Eat Your Keywords

Hemant Verma - 6:36 PM
2.5 weeks ago, Google pushed out the Penguin 3.0 update after waiting over a year to update Penguin 2.1.

Last update later was confirmed and told it would roll out worldwide over the next few weeks. It has been 2 weeks and 4 days and yesterday, Google's John Mueller said as far as he knows, "the whole data is still rolling out slowly."

Penguin Update 3.0

John said this in a video webmaster hangout on Google+ at 35 seconds into the video. The question was:

Question asked by Baruch, the short version: Is the rollout of Penguin from two weeks ago complete?
John Mueller answered: As far as I know, the whole data is still rolling out slowly. So you might just be seeing fluctuations from that.

[UPDATED]

What is Google Penguin Update?

Google Penguin is a code name for a Google algorithm update that was first announced on April 24, 2012. The update is aimed at decreasing search engine rankings of websites that violate Google’s Webmaster Guidelines by using now declared black-hat SEO techniques involved in increasing artificially the ranking of a webpage by manipulating the number of links pointing to the page. Such tactics are commonly described as link schemes. According to Google's John Mueller, Google has announced all updates to the Penguin filter to the public.

Effect of Penguin Update

By Google’s estimates,Penguin affects approximately 3.1% of search queries in English, about 3% of queries in languages like German, Chinese, and Arabic, and an even bigger percentage of them in "highly spammed" languages. On May 25, 2012, Google unveiled another Penguin update, called Penguin 1.1. This update, according to Matt Cutts, was supposed to affect less than one-tenth of a percent of English searches. The guiding principle for the update was to penalize websites using manipulative techniques to achieve high rankings. The purpose per Google was to catch excessive spammers. Allegedly, few websites lost search rankings on Google for specific keywords during the Panda and Penguin rollouts.[according to whom? Google specifically mentions that doorway pages, which are only built to attract search engine traffic, are against their webmaster guidelines.

Penguin 3 was released October 5, 2012 and affected 0.3% of queries.Penguin 4 (AKA Penguin 2.0) was released on May 22, 2013 and affected 2.3% of queries. Penguin 5 (AKA Penguin 2.1) was released on October 4, 2013, affected around 1% of queries, and has been the most recent of the Google Penguin algorithm updates.

Here are some of the reasons why your site might be affected with Penguin update:
  • Anchor text over optimization
  • Low quality backlinks
  • Link relevance
  • Outbound link quality
  • Link pyramid
  • Serving duplicate content from sub-domain (Fixing WordPress duplicate content)
  • Keyword stuffing (High Keyword density, repeating Keywords)
  • Sending automated queries to Google. Ex software: WebPosition Gold
  • Websites with virus or spam warning (Trojans, website distributing malware)
  • Affiliate Websites with thin content and no value
  • Hidden links and Hidden texts (Black hat SEO practice)
  • SEO over optimization
  • Any other black hat SEO techniques used

Guest Blogging Network Penalized by Google

Hemant Verma - 1:42 PM

Friends there is a bad news for all of us that Google and Matt Cuts penalized the Guest Blogging Network, which is a bad news for guest blogging blogs. Matt Cuts said that Google has taken action on a "large guest blog network." Matt Cuts gave full information on this topic on it blog here. This time, Matt Cutts did not specifically say which network they targeted.  I personally don't know why Google took this decision, May be Google thought that peoples easily getting backlinks from the reputed websites after paying them a good amount of money, and website owners shows that this is a guest article written by XYZ person.

Matt Cuts Tweet About it

See What Matt Cuts Says....!

What Matt Cuts Wants in Guest Article....?

  • Content Should 100% Original
  • Very Well Understandable to your readers
  • Properly and Well Written by Author
  •  Article should not be too long, If it's short of length then it will be ok but it should not be spammy  and UN-understandable.
  • Completely exclusive to you also.

Remember Some Points Related with Guest Article

  • Spinning articles on multiple guest blogging sites is totally banned.
  • If guest blogging sites are accepting low quality articles linking out to spam websites – then both could be penalized by Google Bots.
  • Consider this – would users be happy to land on your guest article page and be willing to read the full post and share the content. Unhappy readers make Google unhappy.
  • Keep Note that Google is willing to take action on low quality websites and those engaged in poor guest blogging practices.

Facebook Stock Falls 5% In After Hours Trading Following WhatsApp Purchase Announcement

Hemant Verma - 1:17 PM

Facebook today announced that it will acquire WhatsApp for a combined $16 billion in cash and stock. WhatsApp's employees pick up an additional $3 billion in restricted stock units as part of the deal.

Wall Street investors are seemingly not pleased and have sent Facebook's shares down 5% in after hours trading. They could be worried about potential dilution stemming from the deal.

Instead, it's likely that investors are displeased that Facebook bought growth, perhaps because it had too. User growth, that is. If Facebook has to spend so heavily to acquire user growth, its own core strengths of ubiquity, and high engagement are implicitly under stress.

Here's Facebook itself explaining why WhatsApp is worth the tectonic sums it is deploying to purchase it:

WhatsApp has built a leading and rapidly growing real-time mobile messaging service, with:

- Over 450 million people using the service each month;

- 70% of those people active on a given day;

- Messaging volume approaching the entire global telecom SMS volume; and

- Continued strong growth, currently adding more than 1 million new registered users per day.

Large number of monthly actives? Check. Huge daily engagement? Check. Big growth? Check.

Facebook continues to grow at acceptable levels. Over time, the company's key metrics have become increasingly financial. Twitter as yet to make a similar transition, naturally. Facebook, though, is a maturing product that investors continue to expect much from in terms of both user and financial growth. There is a tension there.

When you are valued at growth multiples, any wobble in your user expansion rates implies that your future cash flows may be dramatically overvalued at current multiples. And that's when investors hit the no button and step out. Twitter learned this the hard way in its last quarter when a surprise profit and revenue beat didn't stop investors from dumping its shares due to weaker than expected 3.9% sequential quarter user growth.

So, Facebook likely wanted more growth, especially in mobile and non-US markets, went out and spent $19 billion to get some.

Facebook's splintering into various apps makes it's usage levels harder to gauge. Instagram, WhatsApp, and stand-alone Facebook apps — there are more of those on the way — make what being a 'Facebook Monthly Active User' somewhat doughy. But, it will be hard for anyone to complain about Facebook's user growth with the twin engines of Instagram and WhatsApp on board; you simply have to dilute what your mind thinks of as a 'Facebook experience' to get there.

Call it reinvention by spare parts.

Final kicker.....

Yes, the deal is incredibly expensive. But, unlike with Instagram, WhatsApp has revenue (for shame!). Its subscription fee of $0.99 per user per year after their first year means the company has non-trivial top line. It isn't had to see the company with a 9 figure revenue, and at 1 million new users per day, that figure could tip up nicely. Expensive, but not ludicrous.

Increasing Dollar Rate in India, This is Good for Bloggers

Hemant Verma - 2:38 PM

Hello frnds, as you all know that the rate of Dollar is increasing day by day and India Govt. is not able to control it and today's price is 67+ on one dollar, and after this pricing will be increase for everything like petrol, basic things, vegetables, fruits etc so, this is not good for us but as a Indian blogger is it good OR not? If we spending money and buying something then we have to spend more money be'coz mostly 70% thing are depend on the petrol and petrol is depend on the dollar so if rate of dollar will increase then petrol and other things will increase day by day automatically.

Positive Aspect of Increasing Dollar for Indian Blogger

  • I think this is good as a Indian blogger be'coz if you are earning money from adsense and suppose Google will you a cheaque of $100 and when you deposit it in the Indian bank then Bank will cash that cheaque with the current rate of dollar and suppose if the rate of dollar is 67 so, bank will give you money according to the rate of 67 means you will get  Rs. 6700 and if the rate of dollar is 70 then you will get Rs. 7000
  • You can get around about Rs. 2000 extra then last 4-5 month back be'coz dollar rate was 54.35 check it here.
  • It will be more helpful as financially.
  • It will encourage us more for blogging and we will try to give our best towards to the blogging so be'coz of this we would have more changes to earn more money.

Negative Aspect of Increasing Dollar for Indian Blogger

  • the point is that if you get increasing money then you also have to pay the extra money for everything like if you want to buy domain then you have to pay according to the dollar rate.
  • if you want to buy hosting then you have to buy it according to the current rate of dollar.
  • online shopping will be expensive
  • tax will be expensive
  • banks will cut extra tax and other charges

Final Words...

Don't see the negative points too much just see positive points and keep blogging, if want to earn more ad more money then spend minimum money and don't do these above negative points, avoid online shopping, if you are planing for purchasing the domain OR hosting then avoid it for a time. and it's must for then buy only is necessary case. and One more thing, Keep Blogging an Be Happy :)
